July 17, 2009 - Healy Biodiesel Inc., has signed a letter of intent with Cetane Energy LLC to license its patent-pending hydroprocessed renewable diesel technology.   www.biodieselmagazine.com

June 2009 - Cetane started negotiating marketing its propreitary technology to 5 different groups to supply them with techonogy for plant construction.

April 2009 - Cetane is running renewable diesel in three different companies, ranging form pickups to class 8 truck, industrial and farm eguipment. All reporting smoother operation and more torque. In the class 8 trucks reports as high as 19% increase in mileage.

March 2009 - Cetane optimizes plant

February 2009 - Cetane gets EPA permit for renewable diesel.

January 10, 2009 - Cetane Energy, LLC produced 300 bbls of renewable diesel from tallow.  The Carlsbad biorefinery became the first facility in the United States to produce renewable diesel from a standalone unit.

December 14, 2008 - Cetane Energy, LLC completed construction and commencement with the startup of the Carlsbad facility.

May 12, 2008 - Cetane Energy, LLC commenced construction on their renewable diesel facility in Carlsbad, NM.

April, 2008 - Cetane Energy, LLC granted $1.1 MM from the City of Carlsbad, New Mexico to commercialize algae oil to renewable diesel.
